The shape is a straightforward 16-inch laptop backpack and it does not change: a padded sleeve against the back panel, a wide main compartment in front of it, twin zipped front pockets, open side pockets, and a sleeve at the back that slides over a suitcase handle.

What changes is the leather. Crazy horse is waxed through and forgives scratches. Pebbled and smooth black are quieter finishes, better suited to a suit. Oil-waxed sits between the two. Pick the finish; the bag underneath is the same.
