Shipping policy

Free standard delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

Where we ship from

Khal Gold is a British business based in London. Our range is selected and specified in the United Kingdom and manufactured by our partner workshops overseas. Orders are shipped to you directly from those partners, which is why our delivery window is longer than that of a UK-warehouse retailer. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise next-day delivery we cannot keep.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days of payment.
After processing, standard UK delivery typically takes 10 to 15 working days.
Please allow approximately 11 to 17 working days from placing your order for processing and delivery.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, with tracking where it is available.
Estimates exclude weekends and UK public holidays, and can be affected by customs clearance and courier delays.

Delivery area

We deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We do not currently deliver internationally.

Duties and taxes

The price you pay at checkout is the total price. Khal Gold covers any import duties and taxes, and you will never be asked to pay a further charge on delivery.

Tracking your order

Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to begin updating after dispatch, which is normal and does not mean your parcel has not moved.

Late or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, email hello@khalgold.com with your order number and we will chase it with the courier. If an order has not arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where you can, and email hello@khalgold.com within 48 hours. Our Refund Policy explains how we resolve faults and damage.
