The Diplomat solves it by building the suit compartment into the holdall: the jacket lies flat in its own folding section, and everything else goes in around it.

There is a sealed wet-dry compartment at one end for a gym kit or wet swim shorts, which is the other thing a holdall never has when you want it. Crazy horse cowhide throughout, with a detachable padded shoulder strap.
